Farm Photo Shoot Information
Equine Photography by Christy is offering farm shoot fees starting at $150.00. This covers the photo shoot and all digital darkroom time processing your images. Travel expenses are not covered in this fee and are charged at .45 a mile for any location exceeding a 25 mile radius from my home and/or the cost of hotel room if needed. Prints are NOT covered in this fee. The balance for all horses to be included in your farm shoot plus travel expenses are due in full on the day of your scheduled appointment. No exceptions. My fee covers the photoshoot for up to two non-stallions, with each additional horse added at $50.00. Stallion photoshoots are $150.00.

Stallion photoshoots come with one high resolution digital file with perpetual usage rights. This will also include a web size file of that same image.

I take time to "get to know" the horse and let him get to know me so he will be free in his movements and natural in his behavior. The best capture time In the summer months for equine photography is between the hours of 8am to 10:30am in the mornings and between 4pm and 7:30pm in the evenings. Other times in the day are possible with good results, these hours are just a guideline.
Proofs will be available to view on-line usually within 5-10 business days. You will have your own password protected gallery on my website for your privacy. The professional print-lab service I use is of the highest quality in their choice of papers and archival
inks used. Quality guaranteed for lifetime plus 100 years.

The final optimized prints of your choice will be ordered and shipped to you and charged separately from your photo session fee. Images will be on-line for viewing and ordering printed photographs for at least 45 days, after that time your gallery may be closed by the photographer at her discretion.
